Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at musketeers.enterprises.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review your request promptly and work with you to provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Any product that has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return first. Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition and packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
